Finishing Touches to Firefox 3.5 Themes

June 4th, 2009

On Windows, secondary glyphs in the main window (search menu, new tab, tab scroll, tab list) will be etched-in.

Linux receives new blocked plug-in icons.

On Mac OSX, the keyhole background etch was removed and the same could (hopefully) happen on Windows.

You will all see that in the upcoming Firefox 3.5 soon.

While on line with firefox as I visit a web site and then click a link my back and forth arrows in the top left corner don’t work. The only way out is the right upperhand X, then I’m off line and that is not what I want. Please help Jeff jeffunderhill1@yahoo.com

    Hi,

You guys seems to be doing a nice job covering firefox. I have a question. When upgrading from one version to another what happens to the addons? I installed 3.1 beta and ended up with multiple FF installation (3.0.10 and 3.1 beta) and none of my addons moved up to this version. Also, what happen to 3.1 beta?

    Thanks,
    Keren

Noooo! Don’t remove the keyhole, it gave it such a distinct look! Now it looks just… flat. I’ve been using FF 3.5 off and on a bit on different computers for a week or two now, and there was something I just couldn’t put my finger on, something that looked “off”. Now I know what it was at least.
